These Terms of Service govern your use of TolHouse websites, forms, and Member-facing digital services operated by TolHouse in Toledo, Ohio. By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when applying for Membership, creating an account, or submitting forms through TolHouse digital services.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
TolHouse may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if access is used in a way that harms the club, its Members, or its systems.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TolHouse digital services. That includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site performance, transmitting malicious code, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
If Member features allow posting, booking, or profile submissions, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.
3. Membership and Applications
Submitting a Membership application does not guarantee approval. TolHouse reviews applications at its discretion and may approve, decline, pause, or request additional information.
Membership terms, dues, benefits, and policies may change over time. Current public-facing Membership information is presented on the TolHouse website, and additional Member policies may be shared after approval.
4. Events, Bookings, and Reservations
Event tickets, room reservations, and other bookings are subject to availability and any event-specific rules shown at the time of purchase or reservation.
Public event pages may link to third-party booking platforms. TolHouse is not responsible for outages, checkout issues, or policy changes on third-party booking sites.
5. Payments
Application fees, Membership dues, tickets, and other charges may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. TolHouse does not store full card data on its own servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, copy, imagery, and digital materials made available by TolHouse remain the property of TolHouse or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
TolHouse digital services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TolHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its websites, forms, or Member-facing applications.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Legal disputes relating to these Terms will be handled in courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.
9. Changes to These Terms
TolHouse may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TolHouse digital services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
