Office Hours: TolHouse

Why This Exists

There is no shortage of talent in Toledo. What we often lack is access to someone who has navigated the challenge before.

Raised the capital. Built the team. Structured the deal. Repositioned the brand. Learned from the mistake.

Program Overview

A recurring, Member-led advisory exchange with practical discipline

Office Hours: TolHouse is a recurring, Member-led advisory exchange hosted in Panda Workspace. During a structured two-hour block, experienced Members make themselves available for scheduled 20-minute one-on-one conversations.

Members arrive prepared with a specific question and a clear objective, and conversations are focused, practical, and direct.

This is not a networking mixer or a sales platform. It is structured peer access designed to strengthen the professional ecosystem inside TolHouse.

Session Structure

  • Experienced Members host each session.
  • Conversations are scheduled in 20-minute one-on-one blocks.
  • Participants come prepared with a specific challenge and desired outcome.
  • The format rewards clarity, preparation, and directness.

Program Standard

Participation is grounded in contribution. No pitching, no contracts, and no pressure. If relationships continue beyond the session, they do so organically.

The TolHouse View

Proximity changes outcomes

TolHouse was built on the belief that proximity changes outcomes. When experienced professionals share perspective generously, clarity accelerates, confidence grows, and better decisions get made.

Office Hours exists to create intentional space for that kind of exchange and to reinforce what this community represents: people who are actively building meaningful work in Toledo.

Office Hours: TolHouse exists for one reason: to ensure the people building Toledo’s future do not have to build alone.
