The safety of our members, guests and teams is of utmost importance to us. Thus, we have introduced a set of standards and heightened hygiene measures that our team, members and guests adhere to closely. We are also committed to implementing all appropriate health and safety measures in line with local and state government regulations.

While we are making every effort to create the safest and smoothest experience, the success of these measures depends greatly on the support of our members and their guests. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation as we navigate this period together.

House Guest: For the purposes of tracing, it’s important that we know who is spending time in the Houses. To keep track, guests provide their contact details in advance of any visits. Then, if we need to get in touch with you, we can.

If you’re feeling unwell: If you or your guest are unwell, please do not visit TolHouse until you are feeling better.

Booking your visit: Members are asked to provide a heads up to our team before any visit to TolHouse. This can be done simply by visiting TolHouse.com/rsvp.

Members first: We prioritize our members and their ability to visit TolHouse this time. Therefore, from time to time, guest visits may be temporarily limited to plus-one.

Safe spaces: Throughout TolHouse, spaces are configured to facilitate safe social distancing and limited traffic wherever possible.

Hygiene measures: Enhanced cleaning and sanitation will be implemented throughout our spaces, focusing on high-contact surfaces and deep cleaning. Hand sanitizers are be provided throughout our spaces for members, guests and teams – and we ask you to use it regularly. We also encourage no-touch behaviors, limiting or restricting handshakes, hugs, etc.

Innovation: We are using technology to become as contactless as possible. Our menus are available digitally, and payments may be made using contactless processes.
