Tonight, Members are invited to experience a limited-release bourbon offering: Penelope Cigar Sessions. This small-batch expression was developed in collaboration with master cigar blenders to achieve a rich, layered profile designed to stand on its own or elevate a thoughtful pairing. A 101-proof blend of Straight Bourbon, American Single Malt, and American Light Whiskey, it is aged six years and finished with French oak staves to add depth and complexity.
Tasting notes include milk chocolate, dried peach, warm caramel, and a toffee-laced finish — an ideal complement to the atmosphere of Gilded Wednesdays. Available tonight only, pours are offered exclusively to TolHouse Members for $12, while supplies last.
To complement the evening’s rare pour, our culinary team presents this week’s three-part Gilded Dinner:
- A seasonal salad
- Flank steak served with locally sourced vegetables
- A House-made dessert
