Isabella is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, CRP, AED, and Mindfulness Expert and House Member. Her outcome for each classes is to leave participants feeling connected to themselves, their purpose, their intentions, and their body.
She teaches gentle flow yoga or basic yoga that is accessible to all. So, from the moment you enter the space, her classes are designed to help you feel calm, at ease, and ready to enjoy the next 45-60mins just for themselves.
