A Mexican dish on St. Patty’s day? Heck yes!

On Thursday, March 17, we’ll host our first Breaking Bread event, with Chef Aaron putting together a Member’s only buffet! The feature for the evening includes Manchamanteles (Mexican tablecloth stainer): this Mole sauce is one of the 7 moles of Oaxaca – a celebratory dish to bring the family together, just in time for the start of Spring! Also enjoy refried black beans, rice, and corn tortillas. For dessert, we’ll enjoy a traditional Tres Leches cake.
