What happens next

TolHouse reviews the request. We check the company account, seat availability, and the Member details within one business day.

You do not need to submit a Membership application. Keep this reference number handy and reply to the confirmation email if anything changes.

The incoming Member gets the next action. After approval, we email them a setup link so they can confirm their info, add a photo, and sign the Member agreement.

TolHouse handles the departing Member record. For swaps, we do this after the incoming Member completes setup so the company is not left short a seat.
