By using the App or our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.

1.1. Personal Information: When you register for a TolHouse Member account, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and profile photo.

1.2. Membership Information: We collect information related to your membership, including your membership tier, application details, and payment information processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

1.3. Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device's location to enable check-in at the club and geofenced notifications when you are near TolHouse.

1.4. Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including your interactions with features, event bookings, room reservations, and content.

1.5. Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including its unique device identifier, operating system version, push notification tokens, and mobile network information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App and its features, including event bookings, room reservations, and member check-in.
  • Process membership applications and manage your account.
  • Send push notifications about events, bookings, and club updates through OneSignal.
  • Communicate with you about your account, membership, and updates to the App.
  • Personalize your experience and provide relevant content.
  • Analyze usage trends to improve our services.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud.

3. Disclosure of Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party services that help us operate the App, including Stripe (payment processing), OneSignal (push notifications), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), and Firebase (analytics).
  • Legal Requirements: In response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal request.
  • Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our Members, or others.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your information, including encrypted storage of authentication tokens, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the App's Account Settings. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Opt out of push notifications through your device settings.
  • Withdraw consent for location tracking through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
