The Grant

• 1 year TolHouse Membership and full access to TolHouse’s 25,000 sq ft social club ($3,000 value)
• Flexible workspace at Panda Coworking
• Access to Member events for professional development and networking
• Mentorship from established Members
• Founder showcase opportunities

Selection Process

We’re seeking founders and small business owners who are:

• Launching businesses in Toledo
• Committed to full-time entrepreneurship, even if you aren’t ready on day 1
• Ready to contribute to our community
• Aligned with TolHouse values

Selected candidates will be invited for personal interviews with our Membership committee.

• Applications Open: December 1, 2024
• First Quarter Recipients Announced: January 5, 2025
• Subsequent Selections: Quarterly

Limited Memberships per quarter. Current or past Members may not qualify. Recipients selected based on business viability and community impact potential among other factors.

Required Acknowledgements and Consents

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

• You are committed to launching your business in 2025.
• You understand that this is a competitive selection process and not all applicants will receive grants.
• If selected, you agree to actively participate in TolHouse community events and programming.
• You accept and will meet the monthly minimum spend commitment of $75 (comprised of all food and beverage purchases at TolHouse)
• You accept and will adhere to the TolHouse Commitment to Dignity and Respect.
• You acknowledge that TolHouse reserves the right to decline granting awards at its sole discretion.
